Integrated Health Projects (IHP)
Integrated Health Projects (IHP) has been a leading provider of outstanding healthcare solutions for over 21 years.
As an established integrated alliance, IHP combines the stability, capacity, coverage and experience of VINCI Building and Sir Robert McAlpine. Both are major organisations working in the UK and abroad, focused on development, construction and facilities management.
IHP was formed in April 2003, specifically to act as a principal supply chain partner (PSCP) for ProCure21/21+/22 and have since secured our place on all lots for P23 framework, whilst also supporting the delivery of current National Hospital Programme Cohorts.
We have been appointed on over 300 projects, valued at £4.49bn+, for 100+ NHS Clients and we are delighted to have been awarded a place as a Hospital 2.0 Alliance partner for the flagship New Hospital Programme.
We are committed to working with NHS clients, to provide best value for money through imaginative and sustainable solutions, which offer capital, operational and life-term efficiencies. IHP are pioneers in standardisation delivering low carbon solutions across the building lifecycle.
As well as a fully integrated supply chain, experienced in all facets of healthcare, we bring to every project the technical expertise, robust cost control and programme management skills needed to safely deliver good value, high-quality facilities on time and within budget. We are also able to draw on a wide base of knowledge to address the particular requirements of each NHS client to deliver world-class healthcare facilities for patients and staff.
