Welcome drinks reception

The Welcome Drinks Reception takes place immediately after the close of the first day’s proceedings on the evening of Monday 15 June and offers a fantastic chance to network and unwind. The exhibition will also be open during the Welcome Drinks Reception. Throughout the evening, a jazz trio from the Royal Academy of Music will provide a captivating musical performance.
Anyone who attends the Congress in-person is invited to the Welcome drinks reception.
Garden Party

Guests are warmly invited to the iconic Garden Party in the historic College Garden of Westminster Abbey — believed to be the oldest continuously cultivated garden in England, with origins dating back more than 900 years. Nestled beside the Abbey and framed by medieval stone walls, this remarkable space offers a rare sense of calm in the heart of Westminster.
Set within this beautiful and historic setting, the evening will feature gourmet catering, fine refreshments, and live entertainment, creating a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere. Surrounded by living history and natural beauty, the garden party provides the perfect opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate with colleagues from across the European Healthcare Design community
