Warning: Scam email alert

We have been informed that some EHD Congress participants have received a scam email from a company falsely purporting to be a real travel company called Global Travel Experts.

If you have received an email from the email address reservations@gtravelexpertise[dot]com – or something very similar – please be aware that this is a scam address and is not associated with the real travel company (Global Travel Experts, a company registered at 11 Ram Yard, Bedford, MK40 1AL, England, UK). This company is aware that emails are being sent out under their name.

Please be aware that this company is not affiliated with SALUS, European Healthcare Design or the 2026 Congress in any way.

Scam details

These unsolicited and false emails may have been sent to EHD participants, requesting that they share their travel dates in London in order to secure their hotel accommodation for the Congress in June.

This is a scam – please do not respond, click any links, or share any personal information.

Important information

SALUS and European Healthcare Design will never share participant email addresses with this or any other company, nor do we ever publish participant email addresses online.

We strongly recommend that you book accommodation only through trusted sources and reputable hotel providers.

Please stay vigilant and safe and if you are unsure about the veracity of any correspondence connected with the Congress, feel free to contact us directly.
